The thing that's so tempting is that I can be front row in a club instead of in the back of an arena.

I bet he was tired from eating ayea toadstools like the one Peter Tosh.

Dudes, have you seen A Tribe Called Quest is touring? I would go but it's $45 a ticket after fees.
Sorry, back to the politics.

singing "Fairy Tale of New York" with the Pogues last Christmas
I would love to hear that.

I think I need to watch it tonight.

"Can I get you guys something to drink? "
"Uh yeah, I'll have a Tom Collins."

It's kinda crazy that both of their best performances (imo) were in the first thing they'd ever done (& the one movie that most people never saw). I still watch Bottle Rocket at least once a month. It makes me happy on so many levels.
"The Lawn Wranglers". The name still makes me chuckle even after all these years. That is an excellent movie.

That's freaking awesome. It's about time someone tried to shake some sense into Owen. Luke is rapidly approaching smackdown level but he's not there in my book...yet.

I saw them do O Velencia! and I loved it.
However, I'm REALLY going to miss Petra. I was hoping she'd be on the new record. She and Colin have voices that fit each other perfectly.

I'm not too happy that they're starting to play assigned-seated theaters. Hopefully The Calvin in Northampton will open up a GA section in front like they did for Wilco.

I can't even tell you how many times I've watched all of those. Good news to hear they're going to do more!

I too know how this is. I'm so sorry. Big vibes headed your way.

I absolutely love her take on Southern America in the eyes of a European woman. She's hysterical.
-
I've been offered it on promo so hoping to get it pretty soon.

YAY! My bladder might have just burst, but I did not leave my chair.
Was that your first fulfilled DJ request? You must feel so special right now!
You kind of sort of had a shout out!!!
-
The Freeze!!! Are you taking a wiz?

Frequently seen sign in my 'hood:
"Condo's for sale"
On principle, I would not buy one from them, even if I were looking.
It's totally ridiculous, but neither would I!!
-
One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing professionally printed signs with spelling or punctuation errors. Can we give all signmakers a lesson on when to use " 's " and when to only use " s "? You do not pluralize nouns with an apostrophe S !!!
-
Sean, here is the response to your request:
It is very possible...............................! -
Hey, I'm the Cracker fan, not Al!
-
Sean....I will ask. I think he's got his list pretty much set, but I'd be REALLY surprised if he didn't include The Freeze!

La Di Da Di, you likes to party, you don't cause [much] trouble, you don't [usually] bother nobody. Happy Birfday, from Slick Rick Tha Rula!

I was just talking 5 minutes ago at lunch about how the Pumpkins were the most boring band I've ever seen. The Beasties and Tribe stole that show, no doubt. I was right in front for both, and almost had a coronary when Q-Tip came out to do Get It Together with the B Boys.
