I've seen him talk at conventions

I re-read that recently, it's such a great story. his run on JLA was just plain awesome, and one of the things that got me back into comics. have you read We3?
-
I have a copy still in the wrapper.

here's a trailer for that new Clone Wars thing http://www.starwars.com/video/view/000639.html I wish the character designs were better.

great idea man, solid writer, but not everything he does works (see his run on Uncanny X-men) lately though, he's been on fire with 52, Batman, and I'm really looking forward to Final Crisis.

no kidding! speaking of bootlegging, there're tons of comics out there that people have scanned and uploaded to the internet. just saying.

it really sucks. I'd be more than happy if they went back to printing them on newsprint, if it meant the cost would go down.
-
yeah, they brought him back last year, for Starlord, and that lead into Annihilation: Conquest, now they're getting an ongoing team book. it's bad-assery all around.

luckily, our car still has a cassette player, so we just plug the adapter into the iPod.
-
you should grab Guardians of the Galaxy too. you can't wrong with Adam Warlock and Rocket Raccon.
-
it's worth checking out. IMO, the author, James Robinson, can do no wrong. He laid down some great arcs during Starman's run (there was a total of 81 issues, a Shade mini-series, and a couple of one-shot specials).

the video is nice, but make sure you bring your charger to work.

I have a friend who spent over 8 years of his life playing Everquest. Sometimes playing on multiple computers, while at the same time, making sure the systems for his employer ran smoothly. I have no idea how he didn't lose his mind.

I just pre-ordered this: The Starman Omnibus, Vol. 1

that's too bad. most of the people I know that play them, are pretty intelligent, a few of them are geniuses.
