Guest tandylacker
... entered into the Jelly of the Month club? Does anyone do this? Is there a reason, have you received any response or action or anything... ? Anyone know? Just wondering...
alison the wilca
i do the same thing with my mac. my understanding is that the technical team will collect these and if whatever the error is happens to enough people, they will make the correction of the problem a part of their next release/update of that software. you pretty much won't ever get a response or even know if they did anything. jenbobblehead
i had been getting a lot of error reports for something in Explorer and i got a message back saying there was a fix (it was some yahoo toolbar thing that needed to be updated) after about the third one! And it worked!
a.miller
I have never gotten a response from the error reports. I just figured it was one of those things that got left by the wayside.

WilcoFan
When using Firefox I send them, but I never send them to Microsoft. For as much as they are charging for software they can do their own f'in debugging.
