Bloomington/Indianapolis/Los Angeles/Nashville. Formerly in Old Pike and Planet Earth. Now in My Morning Jacket. Classically trained guitarist, graduated from IU. Currently lives in Nashville, TN. In case any of you were wondering who was my once-upon-a-time avatar, it was Carl. He so impressed me with his multi-instrumental skills during the opening act MMJ for the Wilco Louisville show last year.
