MrRain422
The guy who is right on my tail at the top of my fantasy league has both Verlander and Kelvim Escobar (who had 14 K tonight). Dammit.

MrRain422
I feel pretty good about this matchup:Â Jake Peavy (7-1, 1.97, 95/24, 1.02) vs. Edwin Jackson (0-7, 7.39, 50/31, 1.85)
Duck-Billed Catechist
I remember one time the White Sox were supposed to face Edwin Jackson and then it rained. I was bummed.
Duck-Billed Catechist
Like most White Sox position player prospects, that Josh Fields is really producing! I bet Luis Terrero is there to be had, though.Hey numbnuts, he actually started producing about the time you said that. If you're really hard up for a 3B and not afraid of a guy who strikes out a lot he'd be worthwhile. He's the full time 3b--likely for the rest of the season.
MrRain422
Â My lead in my roto (money) league has dwindled, but I'm still holding on. And somehow my head-to-head team has gotten hot and risen from 9th to 1st in just a couple weeks, even though I haven't really gotten a better handle on the craziness of managing in this league (it's 10 x 10, so it's just way too many categories to try to plan around, but apparently there's a big luck aspect to it too). caliber66
Â I was, at one time, in first place in both leagues. Sadly, that is not the case today.
bobbob1313
My team is sucking. When I traded for Jason Bay he immediately stopped producing. Nice.
MrRain422
I have Bay on my roto team. He's been really streaky all year. If you wait it out, he'll go on a three week tear again before sucking again for another three weeks. I think that's just how his season is going to be. I hate to bench a player like him, but lately I have started to be mindful of matchups and recent performance, whereas typically Bay should be an every day fantasy player. Curtis Granderson has been a more reliable guy in my third outfield slot so far this year.
jhh4321
i just picked up Jeremy Guthrie (SP, baltimore) from free agency...has pitched at least 7 innings in last 5 starts and is a solid strike out guy...check it outtt
