LouieB
Having done 2 of 12 days in Springfield, I feel pretty good. Met some of my new coworkers the other day and they were really nice and laid back. So only 15 more days in prison, which will include a couple off to see Wilco (need tix at Northhampton anyone??) and then I get to learn something new. I can tell you that I am feeling a bit like I wll be cut off from my old office friends, but that is just an issue I will have to deal with. LouieB
Basil II
The field is always better than the office. It's good for autonomy and adds years to your life!!! Congrats Louie!!! -Robert.
isadorah
congrats Lou! it's amazing how bad an unpleasant work environment can be and an even more amazing experience once you've gotten out of one and are able to put it all behind you. best of luck!
LouieB
It is so weird...despite being camped out in Springfield (this now being my 6th of 13 days) I feel great, sleeping through the night, and just figuring things will get so much better. I don't cringe when getting an email from my new boss and have yet to see my old (current) boss despite being just down the hall. Life is good. LouieB
LouieB
Day 9 in springfield and the rumor is that my current boss (the one who was so mean to me), may be finally getting the karma she has been putting out. I had to be vindictive, but that would be sweet. LouieB
