Lammycat
no red rocks or paramount? i'm disappointed. I'll take the Fillmore over the Paramount (where it's nearly impossible to do anything but sit in your seat) for a rockin' Wilco show. Paramount is great for John Prine, Leo kottke, etc. IMO. I like the GA atmosphere of The Fillmore for electric tunes. Red Rocks would've been nice but I'll take what I can get.
Mystik Spiral
damn. i hate the fillmore.
Pecan_Pie
I was also really hoping for a Red Rocks date, but I'm seeing String Cheese there and ya know... Red Rocks is pretty crazy. Does anyone know their policy if The Fillmore will let people under 16 in with their parent?
Lammycat
Does anyone know their policy if The Fillmore will let people under 16 in with their parent?According to the site: "All shows are 16 and over with proper I.D." I'd assume no one under 16 but I may be wrong. Although I took my kids to a matinee Mike Franti and Spearhead show there a year ago. Of course, it was a kid's show, too. Red Rocks would have been cool, but it also holds 10,000 folks, as opposed to 3,000 at The Fillmore.
jakobnicholas
Great news for the folks of the Rocky Mountain state. Anyone think there's reason to be hopeful of a date in Kansas and/or Missouri? I'm guessing they'll play a few dates inbetween Denver (Sept 1 and 2) and Austin (Sept 14-16)
TimRoss
I'm fired up! Two years between shows is two years too long. Bonus...this is the first Wilco show that I can walk to from my house.
