From MusicToday's website:I have not seen my tickets yet, where are they? Our standard delivery procedure is to send your ticket order out two weeks before the specified show date for that order, but this varies depending on the artist and/or venue. Remember that your tickets will only be delivered Monday through Friday, there is no weekend delivery. If you have not received your tickets one week prior to the show date, please contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve this matter for you. How do I contact Customer Service? In order to receive the quickest response to your customer service needs, we recommend emailing wilcotickets@musictoday.com. One of our Customer Service Representatives will respond to your email in the timeliest manner possible. If you are only wondering if everyone else at Via Chicago who bought presale tickets for that show have received them, then you need to wait much longer than 20 minutes for a reply.
