PigSooie
Why would iTunes suddenly start making me import my music library every time I open it? Yes. This does indeed blow goats.
KevinG
By import what do you mean? Do you have to load all of your music from an external source. Also check your preferences on where your itunes music lives or should live.
mjpuczko
i've quit using iTunes. i sold my 60g iPod, bought an 8g nano & now use winamp. iTunes pissed me off so much.
PigSooie
There are no songs in there when it opens. I have to put them all back in there, and it has to go through the whole converting mp3 thing. The folder shown in preferences is the correct folder. It started doing this about a week ago. nettles
Let me share with you my great I-tunes disaster of 06, Upgraded my I-tunes to the latest version after numerous prompting, and it wiped out 2/3 of I-tunes library, never to be seen or found again! I still use I-tunes, though extremely cautiously.

kathyp
Does anyone have this problem? More often than not, especially with comps, iTunes give me the wrong artwork. When I try to clear it and put the right cover in, it doesn't "take;" it still shows the wrong artwork.
