cryptique
I didn't see In the Valley of Elah, but Tommy Lee Jones should also have been nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in No Country For Old Men, imo. the full shortlist

owl
I think it's funny how people can be nominated in the best actor categories, even though the movies were bad--like Elizabeth.
virtualreason
Dark horse for best pic: Juno. Why? No Country and TWBB are going to cancel each other out since they are far superior to any of the other noms. Although I adore Juno, it's nowhere near as good as the other two. Mr. Kinsley
I can't believe that Once didn't get more nominations. I thought they'd have at least 2 songs, if not all 5. Enchanted has 3 songs?!?! I didn't see it, but I can't imagine the music being that good. Maybe I'm wrong.
