fineartoflife
Anyone else a fan of Will? I just recently started listening to him, and really enjoy his gritty/soul style; and apparently he puts on a live show like no other. He's been on tour for years now, and hes young willhoge.com/band
jimmyjimmy
I saw a show earlier this year where he and Dawn Landes opened for someone.... (may have been an Isbell date?).He's darn good live. Tight little band. Spirited stuff.
mjpuczko
i've heard his name on a local sports morning show. they rave about him all the tiem & he's been on quite frequently. i've shied away because of their usual taste in music (awful heavy metal)
Mrs. Peel
He opened for Isbell on his last tour. He was freakin' great!!
rareair
he is great, especially live. when he was playing with dan baird, the live show was very strong. he had "major label" release with a different band a few years ago that was not nearly as good. but he has a great voice and with a good band is a lot of fun. tangara
He's not bad. I saw him at ACL last year and fully enjoyed the set. He's not reinventing the wheel, but he's solid.
fineartoflife
He's a lot better in the smaller, more intimate setting, and not so much in front of a large audience, i.e., summerfest last year in WI
