Sir Stewart
Not exactly - I'm talking about the version that, as far as I know, was only available in the Roadcase for a short time sometime in '03.The file I had was called 'Cars Can't Escape (2)' I think... Analogman
I don't recall that one - I don't think we have it up at The Owl and Bear. Personally, I've never messed with tracks in the Roadcase. "Cars Can't Escape" from ?: As far as I know, "Cars Can't Escape" has never had a commercial release, unless it popped up on a European single somewhere. I got my version directly from the Wilco website, WilcoWorld.net, in their Road Case section (which often features rare live recordings). The song has been around in various forms since 1999, and even appeared in a sparse, barren version on a bootleg collection of demos for the Yankee Hotel Foxtrot album under the name "Rhythm". Sir Stewart
Damn. It's a hell of a version too. Long gone from my hard drive.
Analogman
Some things came up when I did a search - but many of them seemed like those scam Mp3 sites.
Sir Stewart
This one: http://www.hypetape.com/artist/wilco/#14 "Wilco Carscant"
Analogman
I stay away from those sort of deals.
Sir Stewart
You can play w/out joining or DLing. I listened, and it sounds a bit louder than i remembered, so it's possible I'm thinking of yet another recording of the song.
Analogman
I see. You would think someone would have what you want around here somewhere. I don't even remember those tracks being in the Roadcase.
