nodep5
Ben Kweller provides a country mixtape and includes Wilco's Passenger SideHe comments that he spoke to Tweedy about AM around the time of the Summerteeth Tour and that Tweedy was dissing the album (shocker). Anyway, the funny thing is, is that last week after a few listens of Ben's new record Changing Horses I mentioned to my wife that it reminded me of AM in that it was what I call cute country pop music. By the way, I mean that in a really good way, AM is still one of my favorites from Wilco. I know I should be a music critic, please stop, cmon. Sounds like he has the right influences going into the album though.

don't_go_on_me
Haven't heard the new album yet but will definitely check it out. I do like some of BK's stuff, entertaining at the very least. I've met him a couple times and he's a very cool guy and very gracious to his fans.
Tweedling
Very cool guy and AM is one of the first things I thought of when I listened to Changing Horses. SBS
bböp
Ben opened some shows for Jeff on his solo tour in 2001 (he did at Irving Plaza in New York, at least), and I believe they had a dandy old time. Extra kudos to Ben for giving props to "Pick Up The Change."
