dunnright00
I'm sorry, this has just been so frustrating, and infuriating now that I see that those who ordered after me (more than a month after in some cases) got theirs first. Fucking bullshit, and I fucking hate this company. They should never be ordered from. I Pre-ordered early last week from Kung-Fu. Got mine yesterday. I'm just sayin'... Nonesuch Records
We at Nonesuch Records want to apologize for the trouble some of you had in ordering Wilco (the album) directly from the Store at nonesuch.com and for any orders that did not arrive by the record's release date. An unexpected and unusual warehouse bottleneck kept a handful of orders (unfortunately affecting the most committed fans, those of you who ordered early) from shipping the week before release, as pre-orders are meant to so that they can arrive by street date. Recognizing this, the plant has agreed to pay for next-day service on any early orders that didn't get out on time. Shipping confirmation e-mails often don't go out until a day or so after the order has actually shipped, for us to be certain it has gone out, which is why some of you didn't get that confirmation by yesterday. If anyone attempted to contact the Nonesuch Store customer service department and was unhappy with the level of service you received, please let us know by writing to us at the label at info@nonesuch.com. Again, we apologize for this delay and recognize how frustrating it must have been for those of you who weren't able to listen to the record on release day. While the 320 kbps MP3s that did go through on time aren't the same as the vinyl you ordered, hopefully they offered a good second-best in the meantime. We know you have a choice when it comes to where you buy your music, and we hope you'll consider shopping at the Nonesuch Store again in the future.

perfectecho
I have a complaint to nonesuch, while my ashes dvd arrived quickly, and my W(TA) vinyl came wednesday in perfect condition and sounds amazing... THERE WAS A SPIDER THE SIZE OF MY THUMB IN THE BOX! Like seriously, what kind of quality control is there? It was huge, it could have eaten my dog! I have bass player fingers, consider the size of my thumb... uh huh, it was that big. Of course i'm joking, but there was a "oh shit" moment when it scurried out of the box and had to be dispatched. Livin' in New Orleans
Why don't you go out and buy it? Then, sell your Nonesuch copy to someone, or better yet, call/cancel/demand a refund due to your less than satisfactory buying experience. This is what I did
