nodep5
Well Josh rolled through Columbia MO last night and although I have been a huge fan since Animal Years, I have never seen him live. He is definetly a different experience. At first it came off a bit cheezy or like a band of theatre majors (sorry), but it became contagious. Really great show. Josh should be on the radio, he has some great tunes. Played 3 new songs for an album planned for Jan 2010. Highlight was a tie between Josh playing Tempation of Adam with every light in the theatre turned off and him having ground level sing to the balcony during the end of Empty Heart. Great show. Refreshing to see someone who isn't too cool to be overtly happy
rareair
agreed that josh ritter live is quite enjoyable. i have never, however, seen a performer so "overtly happy" in my life.

ponch1028
love josh's music and love him live. it's a nice change to most of my concert-going experiences. he's authentically corny and extremely affable.
