bleedorange
No comments on this yet? This is amazing, 64-64 in the fifth set right now.
cryptique
The Guardian's live blog on it from yesterday was often hilarious. It's a worthwhile read.
caliber66
I am spending some company time and resources watching it on espn3.
bleedorange
Mahut had a good chance to break right there, up 0-30. Big serves from Isner to pull it out. That was the first serious threat to break all day so far.
bleedorange
Got it! Great winner by Isner to take it 70-68. That was awesome.
remphish1
Geez it is amazing that the length of time for this match up I could have flown to London Round Trip from NYC! I could have caugh some of this historic match in person if I didn't hit any traffic!
uncool2pillow
Unbelievable. Mahut just wanted off the court at the end of that and then they had the ceremony. We left the house yesterday to take the kids to the dentist, then to Toy Story 3. Then we went to a restaurant and saw the match was still on TV. Crazy, crazy stuff. There will be books written and movies made to celebrate this match. I thought maybe one of them was going to have a Richie "The Baumer" Tenenbaum-like meltodwn at some point. isadorah
Isner lost in the next round because his body completely wigged out and he had nothing left in him to play more. his body needed more recovery time.
