br2497
I assume he will be, but was just wondering if anyone out there had some inside information so I can plan accordingly. Thanks in advance.

thagle
Are you dialing the main line or the back up number? Last year I think they announced second week or so of Jan.I'd be shocked if he wasn;t although i woudl like to see a standard tweedy show in Chicago. Not sure if I need a bigger fan than you are setlist again.
theashtraysays
Dear Sue,Happy new year! Please go ahead and post the announcement for the upcoming show. Thank you. Your friend,TAS
br2497
Is it safe to assume Jeff will still be doing 2 charity shows considering he is playing the Rahm fundraiser? Or will the fundraiser be my only chance to see Jeff in Chicago for awhile? I don't want to drop 85 bucks to see a limited show if I know he will be playing another show or 2 in the near future. LouieB
This is all pretty funny. How can we know what Jeff is planning? He will announce his participation in any benefits when the benefits are ready to be announced. Most folks here don't care what the benefit is about anyway, so go see him at the Rahm benefit if you want to see Jeff play. What difference does it make where the money goes? Clearly if Jeff is playing it, then the cause is kosher. LouieB
br2497
I'm actually for Rahm. I just figured if he plays at the Vic, the shows will be longer (no other acts), on a fri or sat, and a ticket will be $50ish as opposed to $85.
