Ok so, based on this video of Jeff on that Canadian show, I have transcribed the lyrics and tried to figure out the chords. Fair warning, this is my first attempt at doing this.

 

Capo 4

The verse chords are: C, F, G7 (that I'm somewhat sure of)

Chorus: F, Am, Dm, G7 (or maybe C)

Lyrics: (each line starts again at C)
