u2roolz
"If you can't make one of the shows, you can hear a stream of the band's Jazzfest performance this Saturday at Rollingstone.com. More info here." - taken from the new Wilco HQ email. I've been reading about this since last Friday and I am not sure how they plan on doing this. Rolling Stone shows that their broadcast begins at 6p.m. CST Saturday and Sunday and there's a big list of acts that have already played. From the way the list looks it looks like you won't see/hear WIlco into the wee hours of the night on Sunday morning. Unless if the plan is to just play a few songs from each act. Still no info on that. Magnetized
I sure hope this is right. Saturday is my birthday and I'll be out until very late that night. In other words, I hope the Wilco set is in the wee small hours of the morning! I would hate to miss it.
u2roolz
Well, it looks like we'll be getting a video stream, but still no times for sets. Rolling Stone's New Orleans Jazz Fest Streaming Link What kind soul can do the research and see how long the sets of the acts prior to Wilco last? Just kidding. Magnetized
OK, how lame is this? I cut short an evening out (for my birthday, no less) so I could get home in time to watch this. Do NOT tell me it's not worth it to watch 27 minutes of Wilco!

cracked & hooked
Yeah, they beat the shit outta that song. My fave live song and maybe the best I've heard it. Bring that to SS2, please.
HungryHippo
I haven't listened to much live Wilco in the past 2 years or so, but it seems that their sound has developed into something more clear and concise. Not that it wasn't before. They all seem so confident up there and it shows.

ViaNewOrleans
Did anyone tape this or know if it's going to be available anywhere for download? If someone could post or point to where it could be downloaded, I would be eternally grateful.
