samuel70
--- Bit of a gap - maybe Paris/Souhern Germany? Yep, Paris just added too. Monday March 5, 2012Le Grand Rex All dates are now on Wilco.net
50footqueenie
More dates now on Wilcoworld - including Copenhagen. I would imagine a return to Amsterdam is also on the cards, no? They are also reportedly due to announce Dublin soon... Samuel - what's the best agency for Brussels tix? Cheers!
samuel70
Samuel - what's the best agency for Brussels tix? You can buy tickets for the Brussels show directly from the venue website (Ancienne Belgique)You can also buy them through Live Nation.Either way, tickets go on sale next Tuesday (11 Oct) at 11:00 (gmt+1) and 4 tix/pp max.Any problem, let me know (I might buy a few extras, just in case). 50footqueenie
Thank you for that sir! Will be poised by the keyboard at 10am GMT on Tuesday! Got our tix this morning for Paris, so that weekend is shaping up nicely - lets hope for more gig announcements between these two shows...
bböp
Yep, Paris just added too. Monday March 5, 2012Le Grand Rex All dates are now on Wilco.net Pretty outrageous that the shipping charges, at least through the agency linked on Wilcoworld (which is different than the fnac link you posted, Samuel; the fnac site appears to be only in French) is nearly 75 percent of the ticket price itself for shipping anywhere except France. I think the ticket was 40-something Euros and the shipping was 30 Euros! I can almost understand it for shipping to the USA, etc., but that must be annoying for you non-French-residing Europeans. Anyway, I don't understand why they can't make the tickets print-at-home (like the very efficient Swiss) and keep the shipping costs down...
samuel70
...but that must be annoying for you non-French-residing Europeans. Paul, we have Fnac stores in Belgium as well. I can order a ticket online for you and grab it at the store this week (I pass by every Wednesday on my way to the pub ).No shipping fee. I'll give it to you when we meet next November.Just let me know (as well as for the Brussels' ticket if you want to).

I was more just wondering why some countries have ticket systems that are so efficient and others where you can't even get them to accept your credit card or make a print-at-home ticket. Was just curious.

Yeah, who do you Europeans think you are? Americans? (Actually, I bet there are a fair number of Americans at the shows...at least in Brussels.)
