calvino Posted July 29, 2013 Share Posted July 29, 2013 Just finished watching a JJ Cale doc. - he refused to go on American Bandstand or some other Dick Clark show in the 70s, because they asked him to lip sync --- he said he was a musician not an actor....his record was on the verge of hitting top ten - it fell off the next week. Doubt Wilco would ever but maybe under the right situation they would. Lets say they had a number 1 hit and they asked them to be on Billboard award show..who knows.
