Sandoz
If you have the chance to see them on this Last Splash anniv tour, don't miss it. Just as good as it was in the 90's.

jff
Agreed. I saw them in the '90s a bunch of times, and they were every bit as good in Atlanta recently as they were in the old days. It's amazing to see older acts returning and really having their shit together.
Lammycat
Saw them open for Nirvana in NYC in late '93. Good opener. Never listened to any of their stuff other than Last Splash.

PopTodd
Pod is awesome. esp if you like Albini's recording style. And, if you haven't heard it, you need to hear The Amps' album. Just as good as, if not better than, anything The Breeders did.
jff
Pod is awesome. esp if you like Albini's recording style. I would rank Pod as the best record Kim Deal's name has ever been on.
jff
It's too bad Tonya Donnely left the Breeders when she did. My understanding is that the songs on the first Belly record were intended to be the second Breeders record. Good songs that are marred by glossy and dated production. If Kim Deal had a hand in those tunes, that would have been a monsterous album.
