Lammycat Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 Haven't seen the footage, but if what you saw looks "wrong" and what the teacher reported (repeated "no"s to the student's hugging, lips to her neck/cheek, etc.) then it's borderline (or is) sexual harassment, in which he's lucky to get a year suspension and not an arrest.
