peteboiler
So I got 2 tickets to the Orlando show on the pre-sale. Is there an advantage considering the venue is for general admission?
rhino4evr
Depends...is the entire show GA? Then no. If only the PIT area is GA then yes.
peteboiler
I don't know the answer to that, and not sure how to find out.
rhino4evr
What were your ticket options?
suites
Orlando is all GA. except tables upstairs. As far as what is being sold now.
H.Stone
I think the advantage is that you know you have them. (Back in the day there were occasions when presale tickets were allowed early entry, but I haven't heard of anything like that in a long time.)
aricandover
"early entry"
BadScooter
I feel the ticket fees are lower through the presale service than whoever the venue uses. At least most of the time.
rhino4evr
my ticket fees were $12..and they are will call tickets....................why they couldn't work out a free print at home option is beyond me..
BadScooter
my ticket fees were $12..and they are will call tickets....................why they couldn't work out a free print at home option is beyond me..This is probably so people don't buy pre-sale tickets then sell them for profit. I know for the Tweedy show I went to I couldn't even pick the tickets up at the venue until the day of the show and they received a list from the band of who purchased pre-sale tickets. I know some other artists that use the same policy to fight scalping.
Mitch Dunn
Even sillier question peteboiler, how do you buy tix in the pre-sale period?
