remphish1
I always enjoyed virtual reality when it came out ages ago. I even owned traveling without moving album but never invested any further time into them. A couple of months ago I saw they had a new album coming out and decided to buy it. I really enjoyed it on the first listen and gave it several more spins over the last few weeks. It is a great album with only one or two clunkers. That being said when I like more than one album from a band I usually buy the whole back catalog. I must say I am very impressed. They got a great back catalog! Anyway just curious if anyone else likes them? jff
To my knowledge, I've never heard them, but back in the mid-'90s I was working at a restaurant. We had just closed for the night and I was cleaning up my area. There were still a few tables finishing up their meal, which was typical, but about 20 minutes later a guy who looked exactly like what you'd think a circa-1995 Jamiroquai fan would look like (big goofy hat, pointy sideburns that almost but not quite connect to a pencil thin van dyke beardstache) came up to me and handed me a Jamiroquai CD and asked if I'd play it over the house system. I had to say fuck no, we're trying to clean up and go home and if I play this CD you'll never leave. That made me never want to hear Jamiroquai, which I suppose is not fair to the band. All bands have clueless, self-entitled fans.
remphish1
they have that many records?8 albums and in typical fashion most bands I like are huge in Europe and no popularity in the US. I will say Jay Kay's persona is kinda douchie but really like the music. Give a track from above a try and listen with an open mind.

Winston Legthigh
I enjoyed them back in the day. The main dude has a wonderful voice that reminded me of Stevie Wonder's.
