I figured I'd get this started with the circle of friends/soundcheck how to fight loneliness shake it off pot kettle black on and on and on Seemed like it got cut short though because of the lightning that started during on and on, but it was still totally awesome.

I sat third row pit at chastain for drivin n cryin back in 93 and I remember them being fantastic seats.

It's not too bad, though, cuz I'm leaving at two to pick up my wife and head down to the circle of friends thing beforehand

For some reason, I'm not getting anything done at work today...

I won friday by finally being the right caller and they said they'd send along a confirmation email, which just arrived. I'm so excited. Just prayin' the rain passes us by. I've been to chastain in the rain before and I'm hoping not to have to relive the experience.

Has anybody who's won gotten their confirmation email, yet?

That's the truth. I've been listening to a ton of dave fm trying to win these tickets and I haven't heard a bit of wilco, other than the commercial that lets you know it's time to call in. The other morning I was caller 18 (out of 20) and was crushed. Since then, i haven't even been able to get through.

I think it's awesome that they're doing this and I've been listening to dave fm all weekend trying to win tickets, but I'd be a little more excited if I thought I really had a chance of getting in.

upon closer inspection, I'm in seats 5 &6 in row 3. Still pretty close together, though. Don't sweat the possible screenname confusion, i have a different sn on every board I frequent, so I sometimes forget who I am, myself.

It looks like we may finally meet as I'll be in seats 5&6. The pit at chastain is the very front section where the tables are located on the seating chart on their website. The tables will be removed for Wilco and folding chairs will be set up. They should be great seats. I've had a lot of bad experiences at Chastain over the years, so this is pretty great news for me.

The seating chart is a little misleading. Chastain's actually a pretty small amphitheater and none of the seats are bad when it comes to seeing the band. Hearing them is another, more important, story, though. Of course, all this gloom and doom posting is probably us being overly cautious. I'm sure once we're there and wilco are onstage, nobody will really care too much about the venue.

Chastain is hands down the worst venue in Atlanta but I'll certainly be there. The volume is typically pretty low since the amphitheater's right in the middle of a neighborhood. Glad there's not a Chicago date listed, though. I bought tix yesterday to lollapalooza and I'm really hoping they're there.

Went to three different stores last night before i found the cd/dvd combo but it was absolutely worth it. Can't wait for the box set.

I bet they release one of the three tracks that has already leaked.
