I went to the Charlotte show and it started much later than your show is supposedly starting, due mainly to the curfew I suppose. The opener was supposed to start at 8:45. We got to the venue around 9:30 and she was still playing. I'd say Son Volt came on around 10:15 or so and they played around 2 hours.

I'm pretty happy with my insurance (HMO) as well, or at least I will be until January when my premiums increase $50/month and my co-pay increases as well while my covered services (including vision) will decrease or become non-existent. Looks like I'm going back to good ole BC/BS standard (which doesn't even pay for wellness visits, but my premiums will decrease almost $90/month in comparison to HMO) and will just chance it that I don't make too many trips to the doctor during 2010. Sorry, just venting. Back to the bickering.

I love that they are ending their shows with this cover. Even the people who didn't move the entire show moved to this one.

Ok, this may be a stupid question (and admittedly I haven't read through this thread and I don't keep up much on SV news) but when did SV get a new guitarist? I missed ole skinny jeans last night! We had a great time at the show last night but I was surprised the venue wasn't more packed. I saw them there a couple years ago and could barely move. Also was surprised they didn't do Drown. First show I've been to where I didn't hear it. Good to see dancing girl again. She's been at every show I have and she never disappoints!

I'll be there tonight with some friends and also the Greenville show. I've seen them at the Visulite before (also saw Old 97's there) but I prefer the Neighborhood Theater.

Same here. This song was done by our philharmonic orchestra a few years ago and it's one of the best things I've ever seen/heard in my life.
