Do we know that that’s the loft? Feel like Jeff and the boys did a song from that room on a late night show so I assumed it was at their house.

I haven't watched much lately, did he give any more concrete details about this book that he's finishing?  My tin-foil hat is telling me that he's putting the finishing touches on a new Wilco album haha.

New song on Colbert on Wednesday too, if it’s not Tell Your Friends, I’m officially going to start getting hyped for a new album.

Time for my favourite variety of speculating... New album incoming?!?!

Wishful thinking for sure, but I'd be lying if my mind didn't go there for a second too!  I figure these guys have to all have at least rudimentary recording equipment at their homes to lay down some basic tracks that they could send to the loft for mixing.

Very cool.  Wonder if it'll be a "new" new track, or an OTJ outtake?  

Kind of wish they just would have cancelled tbh.  It's not like there will be any shows in 2020, so what are we doing kicking the can down the road?

Yeah, I wonder if they're working out future dates.  I kind of wish they would just straight up cancel.  I don't think there's going to be any more live music in 2020 so lets just rip the band aid off.  Waiting for Phish to pull the plug too already!

I wonder why these shows haven’t been officially cancelled yet. They’re clearly not happening, but tickets are still on sale.

It’s a shockingly great song.  Gives me a lot of hope for the new album if it ever gets completed.

Yeah, I was thinking YouTube all the way when he mentioned that.  That's what Phish, the Dead, etc. use and it works great.  I would bet they could raise a decent amount of money that way too.

I think it's only a matter of time. I have tickets to both of those shows and Garcia Peoples on the 7th and there's just no way they happen right now.

I suspect that we won’t be seeing any live music until 2021 at the earliest the way this is going and the total disregard for medical guidance a lot of the populace (and idiot in charge) are displaying. I think that promoters are just spacing out the cancellations.
