Aside from that, it was one of the 5 or so best shows that I have ever been to. Glad that somebody was there to document it and that I was able to find a copy/ (In the Dugout  record store, right next to Metro.)

Now that's what I like to hear! I Would love to have been there.

Well it is election day here in NZ but after that...

I should mention Loves Ugly Children as the biggest influence on my teenage years. Their album Cakehole was souped up teenage desperation par excellence. To my mind songs like Senseless, Personal World and City That Shines captured those 90s perfectly.

Can I have all my 'sage advice' posts back? That stuff is the only effort I have ever made to be a force for positive change in this world and I'll be damn if I'll let my legacy be cast aside like some silly old candelabra. The children of Baghdad and New Delhi deserve better. This is nonsense I tell you NONSENSE.

I actually think he was pretty hard on Jagger in that book. Maybe I need to read it again though. Meanwhile I just downloaded the Brussels Affair Flacs They are ace.

I got the remastered in 2009 version of Some Girls but the new stuff sounds promising. Guardian

Some Girls is being re-released on Monday and there is a live in Texas 78 DVD coming out 28 nov.

Hint: I hope I get more socks this year.
