My top 5: 1. The White Stripes 2. The Black Keys 3. The Flaming Lips 4. The Decemberists 5. The Hold Steady I missed Wilco to be up front for the White Stripes. Man, was it worth it.

Oh yes. I listened to the webcast through my headphones and had the radio on at the same time. The webcast is significantly delayed, though I don't remember how long... ~10 seconds maybe?

Jack had said that fans of the Stripes first album would love this album. Don't get me wrong, this record has its rockin' parts, but it doesn't match the raw hard rock of the self-titled release.

Unfortunately you will have to listen at some point. It is billed as a "secret show"... they don't tell you when the call-in will be until about 15 minutes before it starts and they also give no indication to when the next round is. I called in at 4:08 PM ET today and had no luck .

I tried to look for more details on this, but of course DaveFM has no information on their website regarding any contests. I suppose we'll have to listen to garner more info as it becomes available. Also, are they still giving away tix to the show at Chastain? I already have tickets, but I would love to get in the pit if possible.

A number of bands on the bill have amazing live shows... The Flaming Lips - I haven't been to a show nor am I really big into them, but several people advise that they are not to be missed because of all the crazy sh*t that happens at their shows. The White Stripes - Jack White is phenomenal live. If you've seen the "Under Blackpool Lights" DVD, you know what I'm talking about, even though he is holding back as not to show off too much. With the way the schedule turned out, I think I'll have to miss Wilco in order to have a good spot for the White Stripes. But I will be seeing them in Atlanta on the 19th, so all is not lost.
