There is a lot of music out there! We can all only hear a small fraction of it. I guess that is what motivates us to keep being the music geeks that we are; why we keep searching out the new. And why we're here at this board (and others). Gotta learn about more!

Just picked up the new one from Chicano Batman and, after just one listen, I'm thinking that it will probably make my top 10 of the year. Excellent, super cool band.

A great label. They and Soundway are my 2 favorite current labels. Both have released a ton of great stuff. I recommend Ultimate Painting's 2 records, too. Great stuff.

My son loves them. His favorite is Sunset Tree, but he only streams. I need to OWN the physical artifact. I'm old school like that.

I also posted this in the Solid State forum, but nobody ever goes there and I really want you all to hear these. Mods, delete the thread if you feel you must. But I hope you don't. "This Ain't No Race" https://hoponpop.bandcamp.com/track/this-aint-no-race Kind of a acoustic rockabilly thing. Upbeat, bouncy, and fun. "If You Knew" https://hoponpop.bandcamp.com/track/if-you-knew Country 2-step that I can hear being sung by Johnny Cash or Jeff Tweedy. I'm proud of both of these and hope you'll listen to them. If you do, I'd like to know what you thought. Thanks!

The demos at this page from a band that has been recently signed to Trouble In Mind Records. Looking forward to their official releases. https://wearefacs.bandcamp.com
