GREAT show last night although I thought the crowd was lame for the most part. Yeah, they cheered when the band came out but they seemed emotionless during the songs i.e. not rocking out at all. In fact, even at my ripe old age of 38, I was rocking out more than anyone there. I know people enjoy shows differently, but there just seemed to be little energy there last night. Here's to hoping tonight's crowd is better.

TWL just got 4.5 stars out of 5 stars.

I beg to differ, I've seen their scores range the gamut. Even with albums I enjoy getting 3/5 stars, I can understand their point once reading the review.

It indeed sounds fantastic on a set of headphones and that was me just listening to the low-res stream via some crappy Blackberry headphones. I can't wait to listen to it properly with some volume on my full-on home theater rig or through my pair of Grados.

Still waiting on the Allmusic.com review. I agree with 95% of the reviews on that site so that's the one I'm most curious to read.

One Sunday Morning (Song For Jane Smiley's Boyfriend)

AGREED. Finally got around to taking my first tour of this album. I'm going through a particularly rough time in my personal life and everything hit me all at once while this song was playing. I almost lost it. Such a gorgeous song. -
The news just broke, tickets are on sale on Wed., July 13th at 10AM (local venue time).

Ya know, I think I did, but I'm not sure...I kept alternating between the balcony and the orchestra to see if that changed anything, ticket-wise.

Patience is a virtue, Kids...I just got 2 tickets for Nashville: SEAT ASSIGNMENTS date event section row seat 3/2/2008 8:00:00 PM Wilco SECTION 11 D 5, 6 KEEP TRYING!!!

So funny...the same thing happened to me (I was all over the Nashville presale at exactly 11AM EST) and I got no tickets. I always have this feeling that I'm like the ONLY one out there at the time, like I'm the only one who is able to set his Blackberry or Outlook calendar with a pop-up reminder about buying the tickets. I feel the same way at the end of an eBay auctions when only seconds remain! No worries, I'm sure we'll be able to get tickets. Good luck to everyone. PS - FWIW, I sent an e-mail to Music Today asking about the ticket situation...hey, it doesn't cost anything, right?
