I'd say Mule Variations because it has some of his more accessible experimental stuff along with a couple of his "pretty" tunes. I started with Rain Dogs and loved it but I know some people need to lead into it a little more with some of his other stuff (such as his real early albums like Closing Time and Heart of a Saturday Night) Whichever way you choose, good choice from the get go! That guy is one hell of a guy

Here's a parody of Monty Python's classic Twit of the Year sketch that provides a humorous introduction to the hipster character and here's something potentially controversial, a hipster themed video that labels Sonic Youth, The Velvet Underground, and our very own Wilco as all being pretentious and that people only pretend to like them. It's still sort of funny nonetheless
