finally an official announcement! this is a good day!

talk about mixed messages! i would think that nonesuch would be more in the know than insound but that may be wishful thinking. there is still hope though!

yeah i ran across the insound preorders but something tells me the release date is wishful thinking... did anyone here preorder wilco(the album) and get the insound poster? if so, is it worth getting? thanks!

yeah, when he sings it on the dvd, it seems like he is trying to convey emotion but it doesn't come across as real. something awkward about that performance. poor bastard.

did anyone mention the toy models (big rig and a gas truck) on the top of the shelves in the middle of the pan with the name "wilco" on them? did they the band after a gas company? i don't remember.

so they have now been delayed to august 2nd! when will the madness end? at least the new album leaked.

i grew up in poughkeepsie! i miss that place. ah memories. sorry, i don't remember any good places to stay at, i just wanted to give a warm shout out to my old hometown.

god i can't believe that they can't think of something more creative than a self titled album. i hate it when bands do this crap. especially when they are many albums into a career. it seems so lazy. on another note, i can't wait to hear the music! excited!
