  1. I agree it was the best Wilco show I've seen In ages, Solid Sounds excluded. It seemed like they really responded to the enthusiastic crowd, Awesome set list. Surprised they didn't play star wars straight through, and loved hearing those songs live. Amazing show!
  2. Thank you for the video! We saw the cowbell guy for the first time at Jazzfest where they appropriately closed the show with Hoodoo. Love it!
  3. Love, love, loved it. We agreed they all seemed to be in great spirits. The festival as a whole was amazing. We went to see Wilco, but saw a lot of other great bands as well. Not to mention all the great food!
  4. Just booked site #30 @ Clarksburg, y'all. Can't wait to see you there with my dixie cups. We have several trips planned this summer, but this is the one I'm dreaming about!
  5. Check it out: http://www.reserveamerica.com/campsiteFilterAction.do?sitefilter=ALL&startIdx=0&contractCode=MA&map=true
  6. No worries about getting obnoxious - not my style! I was just asking so as not to get ejected from the campground for having it around. I may call Historic Valley. I'm having a little trouble with the online reservations. Thanks.
  7. It looks like they still have tent/pop-up sites.
  8. Maybe Clarksburg is the place to be? I was also looking into Shady Pines, but I think it's about 1/2 hour away from Mass Moca.
  9. About how far is Clarksburg from MassMoca?
  10. Just checked out Clarksburg State Park, looks beautiful. However, this is vacation, and we'd likely want to indulge in a beer or two while we're there...
  11. Looks like many people, like me, were shut out of any somewhat convenient hotels for Solid Sound. We thought it might be fun to camp. Just wanted to check out the camping vibe from anyone who prefers a campground with showers... any suggestions?
  12. Not that this is Wilcoesque, but my husband and I were also at Standard Tap before the show, around 5. We were in line at EF by about 6:30. We love that place. We thought the show was possibly (probably) the best we've seen out of 15, including EF in 2002, our first. Can't wait to get a recording!!!!
  13. Scranton was great (always leave them wanting less!), but I loved Philadelphia more. The energy seemed better. The night flew by! Maybe it was where we were in the balcony, but I wasn't bothered by talkers as much as Scranton. Always some surprises, loved rave Wheel!
  14. I'm with you! I was also on Pat's side, with about three people in front of me. Good crowd there. This was our first show since Wappingers Falls NY in July, loved the venue and the acoustic interlude. Down with the talkers, that was a shame! Couldn't believe the setlist and how long they played. I can't imagine the energy it takes for them to do that night after night. Looking forward to my 15th show in Philly next week! Scranton was cooler than I expected... people at the show and otherwise were very friendly. Glad we found Bog before the show.
  15. I also liked Conor. It was only the second time I've seen him live (the first was at Frawley 7/10). Great songwriting - I had low expectations but was really impressed. I do think they must LOVE to party. They looked really messed up on Friday too!
  16. Thanks to all for sharing the Wilco Love. I am so sad the shows are over for me(for now)!
  17. I believe it was Hummingbird. Those were some sweet moves!!
  18. Thank you so much! Awesome recording of my favorite show!!!
  19. I completely agree this was probably the best out of 13 shows so far. The band really looked like they were having fun. LOVED Hoodoo Voodoo!
  20. The other two songs at soundcheck were Shake it Off and a shortened version of Cars can't Escape.
