  1. I caught AD at the Hamilton in DC a few days ago. They put on a terrific show. Even my non-Wilco friends were highly impressed. I've seen them four or five times now, and this was definitely my favorite performance. Nice backing band and Pat and John have such wonderful harmony. Don't miss them if you have a chance to go.

  2. Just got a message from the always amazing & informative Annick at Kung Fu Nation (who also spoke about the appearing & disappearing & then, happily, reappearing Soild Sound Shows that are now Roadcase #18 & #19!!) that they are still awaiting returns from the Solid Sound Fest, but...that that poster you're looking for ("Entering Solid Sound Est. 2010") is expected to be arriving & be available soon enough...they just don't know the quantity & quality (damaged or not) or what's coming in, but that she'd keep me updated, and I, in turn, on this thread, or via PM here, will keep you informed of the progress.

The posters are now available at Kung Fu Nation.  Thanks to linclink for the legwork!

Thank you for this!  I definitely want to add one of these to my collection.

  4. Does anyone know if there was a sale of the silk screen posters produced on site?  They were a riff on the MA road signs - Entering Solid Sound, Est'd 2010.  Maybe they'll turn up in an online sale.

  5. Someone's in the kitchen with Wilco....

The frying process has to occur in a few batches, since the biggest mistake you can make while frying is to overcrowd your ingredients in the oil. This means caponata demands a leisurely attitude, more “I Am Trying to Break Your Heart” than “Kamera.” It’s a weekend-afternoon project, not a weeknight one—and, appropriately, it’s the perfect thing to serve atop bruschetta at your next weekend cocktail party.
