Happy to see that Jeff didn't schedule over the Yo La Tengo show in Chicago on 3/24.  Coincidence?

I didn't, though I've seen Jason and his band several times - always great.  Sounds like you had a busy trip to Chicago.  How was Dehd?  One of my sons lives a couple of blocks east of the Empty Bottle so I'm in there quite a bit.

The Waco Brothers tonight.  I was supposed to see Guided By Voices last night, but Bob fractured his knee and all four sold-out Chicago shows were cancelled.

About 12 years ago, a buddy of mine gave me a four CD genre-spanning compilation of holiday music.  It's quite good.  I also love Low's Christmas album (which will be even more poignant this year) and Bloodshot Records' 13 Day of Xmas.
