First time out of the 9 Wilco gigs I've attended that there's a soundboard recording. Dying for a copy!

The lack of a Bonnaroo booking makes it very likely, though I think it's possible they'd play the new Ascend Amphitheater here this time late summer or fall. It's quite a bit larger than the Ryman, and would allow them to play one night instead of two (as they did last). But I wouldn't complain either way. Back to back at the Ryman last time was legendary.
Ascend is great, but I'm really hoping they do stick to 2 nights at the Ryman. Curious if the radius clause for Big Ears would preclude them from stopping here around the time they hit Jazz Fest...
Back on topic: I thoroughly enjoyed Saturday night's performance. Was sitting in the 6th row in front of Nels. Only complaint would be about the hammered guy in front of me.

Did anyone rip Saturday night's stream?
-
TM just released tix for tonight! Gogo
-
Me too! Can't wait.I really hope they play the same exact set tonight.

Holy hell they're down to $6 now

i wasn't sure where to post this, so forgive me if it should be in another thread.....
....but i can't be the only one who was bummed about the ticket release today. i bought presale tickets for Thursday and immediately bought the 2 seats i ended up with. come to find out today they're releasing tickets in the lower level, row DD, for tomorrows show. maybe im splitting hairs and the point is moot because it is a different day, but i felt a bit gipped. not a feeling i've really ever encountered with this band and their business operation.
in my opinion jake fussell is a must. an american interpreter/bluesman of the highest caliber. jim elkington is great with steve gunn, nathan salsburg, and recently tweedy (plus many more). see, i do believe wilco does put a show together very well.

I believe Wilco takes the stage at 9, and Saturday's show is being broadcast by 93.1 or on 93xrt.com.
Here is the link: http://wxrt.cbslocal.com/2017/02/17/hear-wilco-live-on-xrt/
I would assume they are taking the stage at 9 pm each night for those going to shows other than Saturday.
Awesome, that's the only night I'm catching!

Tickets are popping up for each night on Ticketmaster right now for those still looking.

Where's everyone staying for Winterlude? I almost rented a condo, about the same price as a hotel but not as close. I'll be working in room for 5 days so wanted something descent. I was going to go through Hotwire but I hate not being able to cancel and not know for sure what I'm getting. I know that can generally be figured out, in fact I have gotten what I expected most of the time. Honestly, with the extra Hotwire fees then having to pay for wifi at some places it's not that much better of a deal.
I got a room at the Hotel Monaco about 2 blocks away from the theatre. Good rates, winter sale $119/night. I reserved a room the other day then they had a flash sale yesterday that was even cheaper, I think $104 for a deluxe king. I opted to cancel reservation and upgrade to river view room with the sale rate. I ended up paying only slightly more than a room that would face a wall or parking garage. Anyway, nice place and a bit cheaper than the Wit. Keep an eye on the flash sales! Also if you do consider the hotel, sign up for the loyalty reward program or whatever. You'll get free wifi and a credit for the minibar. I love going to Chicago this time of the year, cheap hotels! The same room in March would be over $400!
That's a great deal! Wish I wasn't locked in to my Omni reservation. They had a special in November that I booked for $150/night. Still a great deal for a nice CHI hotel! First time CHI Wilco gig! Can't Wait!

Wonder when we'll get the dates around Jazz Fest?
-
Bring on some surrounding dates!

-
and Sunday with On Filmore.
Good catch. Maybe Big Ears will wrap up that leg of the tour. Think they might show up on the Bonnaroo lineup tomorrow?
-
Wonder if any more dates will be added immediately following this festival? Glenn's playing the festival on Saturday...
-
Really...
the prices I've seen so far have been $100+ for the day.
You can get basic GA day tickets for $59.50. They just announced the daily lineups this morning. Wilco plays Friday, March 24. Day passes on sale this Friday.
-
For sure. I'm flying up for the Saturday Winterlude show. Can't wait. That seems worth it to see Wilco in a theater. Way cheaper than my Chicago Theatre tickets...
-
How much are day passes expected to be?
According to this site last year's were between $47.50 and $59.50. I saw another link that said the 2015 day passes were $45. This isn't like buying a day pass to Lolla or ACL...
-
My understanding is that you buy a day pass and have access to all of the shows. It's a first come first served basis though. So if the venue Wilco is playing in, The Tennessee Theatre, fills up before you get there, you're SOL. I'm considering making the drive from Nashville for this. Just waiting to see what other dates drop.
-
Given that they announced the March opening acts yesterday, are we to assume these shows will have no openers?
-
Are we sure Wilco will be doing West Coast shows in '17? Seems like they were just there with the Schmilco setup.
I was thinking more along the lines of Texas, Arizona, etc. dates surrounding Coachella. Purely based on speculation that they're playing Coachella...
