  1. Wait until the full tour is announced so you can make a plan. Maybe something out west will be added in early March and you could see that instead of heading home. Visiting NY for the Wilco run is another option. Personally, i was planning to see a few Green Day shows up in Canada in March and now they overlap with the Wilco Beacon shows so will stay home. Another "problem" not deserving in sympathy. I do plan to go to Massey and loved seeing the two shows there in 2011.

Problem with that is whether or not he needs to try for  tix on the morrow. I'm wondering if they're not going to wind up on the Coachella bill, and play some dates around it in the west/southwest. They haven't played Coachella since 2005. If that's the case, I'd think they won't drop those dates until the January lineup announcement. Same reason Radiohead, who is headlining for the 3rd time, hasn't announced their NA tour dates yet.

  2. So what's the consensus, do we think when all three shows sell out tomorrow, that they'll add more dates? I'm thinking yes.

Wouldn't surprise me. There are ~4k less tickets available for this Winterlude run than the last. Add a Sunday show, maybe?

  3. This might not be the case...last year both Andrew Bird and Yo La Tengo played Nashville shows and Big Ears in the same week.

Other than Solid Sound, Big Ears is by far my favorite festival...definitely a good fit for Wilco. There was actually a fair amount of overlap between Big Ears and SS lineups in 2015. Nels and Glenn have played it in the past so I feel like adding Wilco to the bill has been a long time coming.

That's good to know, thanks! Fingers crossed for some more Ryman shows!

  4.  Have you tried it yet? Mine's still packaged.

I havne't opened mine either. Kind of don't want to. But, I have no idea what to do with it haha. I also got the signed poster book in the mail today. Good Wilco day!

  5. Ryman shows always raise my blood pressure trying to get tickets. Tabernacle in ATL was way easier for some reason. I hate having to contend with Ryman scalpers.

The last 2 shows at the Ryman weren't hard for me via the presale. Even though they put the tickets on sale 1 hour early...The Ryman is simply the best.
