The Good Part

We traded away Adrian Gonzalez too, but you could argue it won us a World Series so I'm ok with it.

The top of the Royals lineup is going to be pretty damn good if things work out like they should. Should have a killer 1-5. Expect big things out of Mark Teahan this year.

Those two albums are what I was specifically referring to, as well as Digital Ash. Wide Awake is one of the better albums of the decade, and Lifted is just phenomenal too.

Hell if I'm in the right mood, there is no finer album in the world. There are very few albums that hit me quite as hard as that one does.

Yeah, I don't think Van ever came close to topping Astral Weeks. That is just a singular work that is an exhausting listen because of how emotionally heavy it is, but it is always worth the effort.

I'll toss Bright Eyes in there and then back out with my flame guard on.
