Every day I have class from 9:30-10:45 and then 3:30-4:45. And then fridays, 10:00-12:30. Not bad. Loving this 5 hour break between classes.

Most of the people who live in the dorms are from out of state. And hell yes. We have a stupid owner who is too poor to pour money into the team, but our scouting and GM are the best in the league (and it's not even by a small margin. What other organization could field a playoff contender with 15 million dollars in this day and age?), so we are consistently competitive. And, remind me of the last time Cincinnati won a world series. Or made the playoffs.

Yeah, it's definetly an experience. I'm across the hall from 2 huge red sox fans, I'm rooming with a mets fan, and I've seen a shitload of yankees and boston hats, but no Marlins. I'm the only one sporting it.

I just spend 3 hours with some people from my hall talking to some girls from UM. Apperently, I'm really "chill" and "cute".

Played cards in the lobby of our residence hall, played some pool, watched sportscenter with the guys, and met just about everyone on our floor. I'm liking this whole thing so far. Gonna set up a poker tournament at some point and try to get a bunch of people together for it.

I just moved into my dorm at FIU, and I've decided if the Marlins manage to make the playoffs, I will run down the halls screaming, naked.
