  1. It's basically a rundown of his accomplishments from a bemused standpoint. They might as well say "For some reason people are impressed by Vonnegut" over and over. "Radical" is used a lot. I think they called him "washed up" or something like that, at some point. It was hard to pay attention after awhile.

  16. Yeah, I guess it's human instinct to place blame, particularly when the offender is dead and gone - but I don't see anyway the authorities could have acted differently prior to the second round of killings that would have helped them now escape blame from some.
