My friend, who's gone now, went to Pedro's first Fenway game as a Sox pitcher - and sat in front of El Tiante. He had Luis sign his ticket, and kept that ticket on his fridge up to the day he died. 18. I bought Huey Lewis and The News' Sports with my money and told my father when I came home with it that it fell out of a bicyclist's backpack as he rode past me. I saw Luciano Pavarotti in a free concert at Boston's Hatch Shell that was part of the filming of his first smash hit film, the first of many box office successes for Pavarotti, who is probably the leading romantic actor of all time and it's all due to this blockbuster: First rock show was The Cure, 1986.
