Yeah they are. There are no weak lyrics on this album, no matter how lofty or plainspoken they are. Well, except maybe in "What Light" somewhere.

Not so much. Dag, I had Creighton in like three different shits.

Boy did I read that wrong (courtesy of a well-placed misspelling). Sounded like a great reason to walk out on a show for a second there.

1 - PLAYGROUND HONEYS: Oh my God Vanilla Ice... He's so fly! The boy is so good. Did you see his body? He could dance too. He could. He's better than any rapper I ever seen! And plus his dancers! - He's so jammin'! * JEFF: Yo, what's up? HONEYS: Yo, Jeff, where you been, man? JEFF: Guess what I just found, I just found a De La Soul tape in the garbage. HONEYS: For real? Let's hear it! JEFF: No! HONEYS: Aww, be like that! * MISTA LAWNGE: What's up, cocksnot? How ya doing, buddy? HONEYS: Cocksnot? You gonna let him call you that? Sucker! JEFF: Leave me alone! LAWNGE: What do we have here? JEFF:

I just noticed Will Smiff's BIG WILLIE STYLE (1997) is right above Sign 'O' The Times.

Seriously. Wasn't that album their live reunion one from a few years ago? WTF?

I would just like to state that I have none of those. Although, I wouldn't mind having Top Gun...

Holy shit! And if you knock off that 9 in front of the 6, it'd still be bullshit!

I just decided against clicking on that link. Thanks!

Well they certainly define something with their music. It's debatable what that is...

1. Sam: Carla's trying to become the kind of waitress you would enjoy being waited on by. 2. Diane: "Being waited on by"? You just ended that sentence with two propositions. 3. Sam: Haven't you got customers to be waiting on? 4. Diane: You ended that sentence with a proposition. 5. Sam: Haven't you got customers to be waiting on, MULLET-HEAD?

Everyone's right! Hate It Here's greatness partly comes from the balance between comedy/sadness. "WHAT AM I GONNA DO WHEN I RUN OUTTA LAWN TO MOW!?" gets me every time because it's both a ridiculous notion and a painful cry for help/understanding of the human condition (yeah, I went for it - this album's got The Human Condition stamped all over it). The rest of its greatness comes from: it is awesome and it rocks.
