If more people on the pro-choice side could recognize this, we could all get along much better. None of us on the pro-life side are going to be convinced by all the good reasons to have an abortion if we don't believe abortion is a viable (maybe a bad choice of words here) choice in the first place. It's not as simple as a woman making a choice about her own body, and everyone here knows that.

I'm not a hunter and have no desire to hunt (though, like all the other "hypocrites" here, I like to fish), but I don't see what's wrong with it. It's not inhumane. It's a quick and relatively painless death. While the methods used to hunt are not exactly natural (though one could argue that our use of intelligence to build the tools used to hunt is natural), deer have a natural role as prey.

I've been a fan of him in the past. Maybe it's just me, but it seems he's become more and more one-sided since Bush was elected and it's turned me off to him. It may also be the audience, like bobsquared mentioned. I don't mind the jokes so much as the 30 seconds of applause after every anti-Republican comment.
