Every time I hear this track I can't help but think of Emily Dickinson's "Some Keep the Sabbath Going To Church." Every single time.

I wasn't a fan at first--just okay, I thought--but it's coming around for me. This version sounds a little crunchier, which is good.

Now eating nothing. Maybe a little pecan pie later on.

Yeah... that's probably in my top 5 favorite Wilco tunes. Are they still transitioning from "Spiders" into "Poor Places"? I think my favorite concert-going moment ever was hearing that transition at one of the Chicago DVD shows.

"Jesus, etc." is the song that made me fall in love with YHF.

Wilco needs young fans to spread the word.

I was wondering about that, too--I'm seeing them on Wednesday and I hope his leg doesn't negatively impact the show.

That's a given, I think. One of the great things about seeing Wilco live these days is watching Jeff and Nels duke it out during this song... it's physically mesmerizing, too!
