lost highway Posted November 4, 2006 Share Posted November 4, 2006 At the Milwaukee show, I spied a BADASS 2 ch Avalon mic preamp. I am guessing one channel is for the vocal mic, and the other is fed by the acoustic pickup. This was one of the best sounding shows I have EVER seen. Thats also one of the best sounding mic preamps out there. I am sure you already saw the pricetag. Thats a smart idea though, if youre only using 1-3 mic's why use standard live mixing board pre's, when you can throw two very gorgeous sounding mic pre's up. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
