Calexico
Anyone else enjoying this set from Nick Cave and some of his bad seeds? That Electric Alice track reminds me of the VU. Must be the drone of the violin. Great album but then again did we expect anything less from Saint Nick?
airtaco
I haven't heard this yet, but I'm pretty sure Nick Cave is the artist I'm going to fall in love with this year. I bought Let Love In in December and it blows my mind. I also have The Boatman's Call and love it.
explodo
Nick Cave is somebody that I go through intense phases with. Listen for weeks and weeks and weeks and then take a year off. But as far as Grinderman, it hasn't hit me yet. When it leaked, I had just finished up my latest Cave binge and I wanted nothing to do with him. Hopefully it hits me here when I get into him again. TheMaker
Raw as a sumbitch. I always feel like I appreciate Cave on more of an intellectual level than a visercal one, but Grinderman's stuff is ass-shake-tastic.
pillowy star
Nick Cave is my favorite artist for quite a while now. Whilst I prefer his mellow stuff, I also appreciate the rockers & the more raw tunes. Not too much into Grinderman yet, but those 4 guys played the best live show I have ever seen by anyone, so that is that.
Calexico
I also tend to go through a phase where I listen to nothing but Cave and then have to wean myself off it before I start shooting people in the street. The Grinderman album has got a serious bad ass groove to it. My favourite Cave song is probably Time Jesum Transeuntum Et Non Riverentum by Nick Cave and The Dirty 3, from his B-Sides collection. Shiver up the spine time.

Ludwig Von Drake
Never actually listened to a Nick Cave album, and then I see these guys on the cover of Wire. I'm obviously missing out on something...
