Wilco LP #7
I'm pretty sure that that's Jeff ripping it up with the guitar on You Are My Face. Just listen to the tone, way more jagged than Nels'. This is probably my favorite guitar part on the new album. Jeff has developed a fresh, distinguishable playing style, and I personally can't get enough of it. God bless his heart. goldsnake
I agree....best guitar break on the album. Nels who??
TheMaker
He also takes the first little solo(ette?) on I Hate It Here. Jeff and Nels complement one another quite nicely throughout the record, I think.

However the Jeff/Nels double on Impossible Germany is pretty awesome.
nicburto
i'd like to see the instrumentation credits for the album - it sounds like Nels to me during You Are My Face - at least the second part of that guitar break does. I could be wrong.
quarter23cd
only if he did windmills in the studio I'm pretty sure those little "whooshing" sounds at the beginning of Impossible Germany are Pat's windmill.
