Sir Stewart
Wilco start a European tour later this week before returning to the States in June. But right after our talk, Tweedy was headed back to the studio.

jhh4321
These interviews are starting to get pretty repetitive. The Phoenix overall is also a crappy publication. The stuff in the last paragraph sounds awesome.
FixedBayonet
It IS getting repetitive, all these interviews. I get the sensation that Tweedy would rather have some more of that root canal treatment sans anaesthetic, thank you. Journalists are a pain in the ass - I know, I'm one - and whenever there's a tight deadline or the article needs to be tweaked "for an audience who may not be aware that JT went to rehab and blah blah blah" - come on. The UNCUT article pained me because anyone who reads that mag regularly would be more than well appraised of such things. Repetitive - and yet, I thought the Phoenix article was pretty well-written all in all. And a new Wilco album that's MOSTLY INSTRUMENTAL???? Gasp! The delights that await us! m_to_the_c
There's a paragraph in that article especially for all of you Music Therapists out there! I loved the dark vibe on Summerteeth, but I am really digging how palpable the positivity is with this one.
awatt
This strikes me as one of the smarter reviews. Though to be honest I've never heard the Fleetwood Mac reference....
